Refund & Replacement Policy

Section 1: Refund Policy — One-Time Tech Support Services
Our services are billed as one-time support sessions. You may be eligible for a refund if:
- The service was not delivered as agreed
- Our technician was unable to complete the service
- You request a refund within 3 calendar days of service delivery
Refunds will NOT be issued if:
- The service was successfully completed and confirmed
- Issues were caused by external factors (hardware, ISP, third-party software, etc.)
- The customer refused to complete or interrupted the session
- The service was provided under a non-refundable promotion
Refund timelines (original payment method):
- Stripe: 5–10 business days
- PayPal: 3–5 business days
- Check: 14 business days via company-issued check
Section 2: Refund & Replacement Policy — Printer Sales
This applies to all physical printers and hardware sold and shipped by Caliber Web Solutions Inc.
You are eligible for a refund or replacement if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or non-functional on arrival
- You received the wrong product
- You notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery
- The item is returned with original packaging and all accessories
Refunds/replacements will NOT be issued if:
- You ordered the wrong product or changed your mind
- The product was used, damaged after delivery, or is missing parts
- The return request is made after 7 days of delivery
- The product is returned without original packaging or serial number
- Approved replacements will be shipped within 3–5 business days after the return is received and inspected.
- Shipping costs for defective or incorrect items are covered by us.

- Description and photos/video of the issue

Section 4: Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us before filing a chargeback. If a dispute is initiated before contacting us, we will provide documentation (invoices, support logs, product photos, etc.) to the payment provider.
