Refund & Return Policy

At Caliber Web Solutions Inc, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all accessories and packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Downloaded software
• Opened ink or toner cartridges
• Used or damaged products due to customer misuse

3. Return Process

• Email us at info@caliberwebsolutions.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Upon approval, you will be given return instructions.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.

4. Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

5. Service Refunds

Charges for setup or repair services are non-refundable once service has been initiated or completed.
